Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Restaurant City, you agree to follow these terms and the community guidelines.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your PIN, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, interfere with the service, evade enforcement, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and enforcement
The service may change, pause, or end. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations. Virtual items have no guaranteed monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as available, subject to applicable law. Final warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law terms must be added before launch.
Privacy Policy
We process account data (username, first and last name, hashed PIN), gameplay and profile state, session/security records, IP address, user agent, and operational logs to provide and secure the service.
Use and sharing
Data is used for authentication, gameplay, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability. It is shared only with necessary hosting/service providers, when legally required, or during a business transfer.
Retention and rights
Session records expire; account and gameplay data remain while the account is active and for a defined post-deletion period. Add the operator contact and legally required access, correction, deletion, and appeal process before launch.
Children
An age policy and any required parental-consent flow must be selected before public launch.
Community Guidelines
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, share others' personal information, impersonate people, spam, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, or post illegal or harmful content. Report security issues privately rather than abusing or publishing them.
Violations may lead to content removal, temporary restrictions, or account termination.
